When our skin turns this way wrinkles and fine lines form and usually when we have premature aging we end up having low self confidence.

- Diet - Nutritious and foods with vitamins are very important to our health. It is a must for us to avoid fatty and oily foods as this also will damage our skin. It is more suitable to eat foods rich in vitamins A, C, E and K. These vitamins are known to help and maintain the health of our skin.
- Water intake - Water is vital for our body. This will hydrate every cell of our body and aid the flow of vitamins into the cells and it also aid in flushing out the free radicals or unwanted elements in our body and cell.
- Protect the skin from the sun - Always apply sunscreen to protect the skin from the ultra violet rays of the sun.
